Minply Ball-Type Differential Core Shaft Features:

Due to the characteristics of the materials and the influence of the manufacturing process, based on differential speed of winding to maintain the equal tension. 
The degree of air pressure correspond to winding web tension, when the web's tension greater than the slip force, the friction ring would slip due to the mechanical structure of differential shaft, and keep the same tension among the all differential rings. 
The balling type of friction ring is easier to take of the roll. Based on the material cores that we would recommend the suitable friction ring type for you. (Refer to Air differential shaft with lug-type friction ring)

Minply Differential Core Shaft Specifications:

The general body diameter are 3" and 6".
The common width of ifferential friction rings: 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50mm, if there any specify sizes that we also do have customization.
The balling type is also divided into bearing or non-bearing. With non-bearing the width of size can be reduced.
