Minply lug air chuck is a pneumatic core chuck, best for shaft-less rewinders.
They are used on both sides of the reel core and grabbing the inner core by inflating lugs.
Shaft-less winder design makes operators work easier, especially for the wide width web.

▍About Minply Lug Air Chuck
Minply lug air chuck is grabbing the inner core by lugs without sliding.
Move the chucks at both sides of the reel, and inflating the chucks to grab the inner core without slipping.
It is easier to load and unload reels, the operator could use the trolley to place the reel between the two chucks, and move the chucks from two ends to (the middle) the reel core ends and grasp the material.
With the tension control / brake clutch / servo motor ..., etc., the R2R system can be more stable with high quality.
It is a shaft-less type air shaft (chuck) which is using a pair chucks to hold the reels.
Other materials/specifications/special requirements can be achieved through customization.
