TCD030T is a device that controls the tension of rewinding/unwinding web, without needing to employ a tension sensor.
The control signal changes depending on the web diameter, which can be detected by placing proximity switches at the rewinding and unwinding unit.
The users would only need to input the initial web diameter and web thickness, the device's algorithm will then calculate and maintain an optimal tension by sending appropriate voltages to the magnetic powder clutch or relevant controllers.
